We are looking for feedback on this website.
Feedback is when you tell us what you think.
This will help us make the website better.
You can take part in the study if you
- have an intellectual disability
- are over 18 years old
and
- live in NSW
Your family member, carer, support worker or doctor can also take part.
The study goes until the end of September 2023.
You can do a
- survey
- interview
- or both
The survey takes about 15 minutes.

If you do the survey you can go in the draw to win a $100 Coles Myer gift card.
Not everyone will get a gift card.
1 person from each participant group will win a $100 gift card.
There is 1 gift card available for people with intellectual disability who do the survey.
We will pick the winner on 16 October 2023.
We are also looking for people to take part in an interview.
The interview is to get more feedback about the website.
If you do an interview you will get a $50 gift card.

A guardian is a person who helps you make decisions about parts of your life when you cannot make decisions by yourself.
