Changes in how you feel can be confusing. It can be hard to know when to get help for your mental health.

There are 2 different parts.

What is happening to me has information on:

  • how you can tell if you may have a mental health problem
  • why you may feel different to normal.

When to get help – lets you know when it may be good to look for help for your mental health.
